This season is all about shining a spotlight on the cool skills of the resort's top chefs and giving you an exclusive sneak peek behind the kitchen scenes.

And guess what? Each episode has an 'influencer' tagging along with an Atlantis chef de Cuisine for a day.

 

In the first episode, Kaya Scott, the editor of Sassy Mama Dubai, joins forces with Chef Cesar Bartolini from Bread Street Kitchen and Bar.

 

Together, they whip up a mouthwatering combo of beef Wellington, truffle mash, and spiced carrot.
